Postive home test tacken 4 days after missed period than 4 d

I tock a home test 4 days after a missed period it was positive. Than 2 days later i was geting dresed for bed I had what if felt like gas my belly puffed out and I had sharp pain in my lower stomach it hurt and i could not move for about a min. and a tingly by my bum. It lasted for about 3 min than i got in to bed and still gassy feeling I fell a sleep. Two days later at 4:00pm I felt a flow and went to the bathroom and I was bleeding this is day two of bleeding flow is like a period. What do you think? I see my Dr in two days.

sorry if this sounds harsh but it sounds like you had a misscarge if that's the case I'm sorry for your loss think you should of went to the hospital asap and tell them what happened
