It is possible and it can happen sometimes. But that is not good for sure. The patient should talk to a doctor because this bleeding can be a sign of some serious condition. If it is a cancer, then some kind of surgery should be done. The outcome is individual and it is not easy to predict it. If a woman maintain a normal weight , she can decrease chance of getting it.
