Pre and Post Spotting; Negative hpt; stomache cramps

My last normal cycle started on June 26. The next cycle was to begin on July 29.

On July 29-31, I was spotting brown. On August 1, I began to bleed enough to require a tampon. It seemed to me like there was an unusual amount of clotting. The next day the bleeding was already slowing down. On August 3, I was spotting pinkish and over several days became brown again. Today is August 6 and I am still spotting.

I have taken 2 hpt and both were negative. The first test was on July 29 and the second on July 31.

I was having headaches, very moody, really tired, nauseous, and almost got sick when a friend offered me some saltine crackers. I have had none of these symptoms since around August 1. Since July 31, I have been having stomach cramps. My breasts have been secreting a clear liquid, which is weird because my son is almost 4.

Anyone have an idea of what is going on with me?

I just wanted to update in hope that this can help another woman.

The spotting stopped on August 6. I am still cramping as of August 20. The last few days I started having back pains as well. The doctor said that I miscarried. I am on 3 medications. One for cramping, a muscle relaxer, and an antibodic. I was told that the cramping should stop before my next period.
