Hi,
We are trying to have a baby and my wife is having irregular periods after marriage continuously during the last six months. She gets her periods around the 45 - 50 days. We also had unprotected sex during the 9 to 16th day after mensus. So far, my wife does not have any of the normal pregnancy symptoms. She also has few hairs under her chin? She is normal weight and height. Myself and my wife are both AB Negative blood groups....
Can you please advice me on the chances of pregnancy and any other useful information?????????

| Hi there, Has she tried any ovulation test strips?? They are test strips that you can get at any walmart or drugstore and they tell you when she is ovulating..Then you have a 3 day window, she may not be ovulating around the time that she thinks that she should be with her periods being so far apart...Some couple can become pregnant within the first 3 months but the some can take up to a year to become pregnant..If pregnancy doesnt accure within a year I would go and see a fertility doctor...Hope this helps!!! Hi Indiana Gal,
Thank you for your response. We have not tried out the ovulation strips. We will check on that. On the other hand, will hair growth under the chin and some minor baby hairs on the face can be taken as a case of PCO?She is normal in weight and height.
We are active in our intimate encounters and unprotected. As you rightly said, it is better to wait for some more time, but I just want to ensure whether everything is fine...........

| Hi there, I would say that everything is going alright!! As for the hair on her chin and face being a sign of pregnancy, I couldnt really tell you, but every pregnancy is different some hair growth will stay the same while others may grow a little faster....Hope this helps!! Good Luck!! |

BTW, My question was, is minimim hair growth on the chin, face a sign of PCO, where a person is normal in height and weight?
