Pregnancy Symptoms Gone! Could I have miscarried??

I did home pregnancy test 4 weeks ago, when was late, and it was positive. I’ve noticed the first symptoms like tenderness in breast and mild nausea. Could I have miscarried? I haven’t visited my gyn yet, but the test was positive! And now the symptoms are gone, just disappeared, I don’t feel pregnant, but can not force myself to have another test..

I had one very early miscarriage a year ago. I had all the symptoms, headaches, frequent urination, mood changes; obviously I reacted very intensive on hormonal changes. And the test was positive. When the symptoms gone I knew it wasn’t ok. I also had mild spotting that made me sure I had miscarriage. I know exactly how you feel.
