Pregnancy? Implantation Bleeding?

ok...so I have been on b/c for quite sometime now, so my husband and I are not trying to gete pregnant. I've had different things going on with me lately. I missed 2 pills this month...one in the 1st week and 1 in the 3rd week. We dont keep track of ovulation or anything like that.
I have had bad cramps for about 3 weeks now. I was spotting a very light pink colour Sunday, Nov. 18th. My period was due yesterday. Which I did start. I have been using tampons and didnt really notice a different in colour except once it was more of a brown colour. Today when I woke up, my tampon is usually full and ready to come out. After I took it out...there was barely any blood. Normally I am changing them every 3 or 4 hours by now. I have only changed once today... (basically my period is a lot lighter flow and also lighter in colour)
I havent had any nausea or vomiting, breasts a bit tender, I feel bloated and have a sore back. My cramps seem more intense.
About 2 weeks ago, I was constipated for almost a week. The weekend hit and I had planned on taking pills to help with that....I forgot to take them and the next day I went to the bathroom about 4 times!! I took a pregnancy test Sunday, the day before my period was supposed to start and it came up negative.
Is there a possibility I could be pregnant from missing 2 pills and it was too soon to test?? I have missed pills before and nothing ever happend....
I forgot to add that I get dizzy when I get up high...say changing the curtains....this doesnt usually happen to me. I am still having cramps and a few times I've had a sharp pain in my right side

maybe I am just paranoid????
I mean..I would love to have a baby....my husband isnt ready yet...do you think i should wait and take another test?

ok so last night....( i am still bleeding..just not how I usually am) the cramps were terrible! I can usually put up with quite a bit of pain..but this was horrible!! it was almost like every few minutes...the pains would keep coming back....i had to close my eyes and try to think about something else....I had a hard time sleeping and just sitting or standing....I mean... I usually get bad cramps...but not like these... I was getting somewhat of a pain in my abdomen... it was almost an inch to the RIGHT of my belly button and then DOWN about half an inch.... dont usually get pains like this!!

Sounds like if the pain keeps up and if you didn't get your period you should see a doctor-- could be symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy?

no I received my period.... (oh btw..thanks for responding!!) yeah so I received my period...just didnt seem "normal" I mean...a bit darker...but lighter...I am still wearing tampons today..... and last night...I had really bad lower back pains!! I NEVER get a sore back around my period or during..... I mean... about 10 or 12 years ago..when I FIRST started...I got really bad back pain..and no crapms... THEN I went on the pill...and it was the other way around.....bad cramps but no back pain..

today... woke up as usual.....made my husband's lunch and took him to work....so I would have been up for about 10 or 15 mins.... I have nausea really bad....I took this "online" pregnancy test and it said that I would be about 5 weeks...if I was preg....it said that there was a very small chance of it......
so....I really dont know here.... Do you guys think I should even bother taking abother test?

My sister had problems with her appendix a while back.

If you push in on your right side it shouldn't hurt so bad pushing in but when you let the pressure off of you right side it will most likely hurt more.

Also she had a bad case of vomiting if you start vomiting and it is your right side only that hurts in one specific spot i would call you doctor right away.

a ruptured appendix may be lethal. Usually the vomiting is the sign that you NEED to seek medical attention.

After my sister started vomiting my parents took her to the hospital and they did surgery right away.

She was just fine afterwards and is still fine today.
