I just found out I was pregnant, but I have a Tossillectomy scheduled for next week, should I cancel it?

General anestehsia and other medications can cause extreme birth dfects and problems, as well as miscarriage. It is your choice what you want to do. Many women who need surgery or have serious illnesses sometimes choose to abort the pregnancy so that they can get healthy, and then try and conieve later.

Whatever illness you are habing your tonsils removed for, can it wait?
