Pregnancy after Complete Hysterectomy???

I had a complete hysterectomy 5 years ago when I was 25 because I was thought to have endometriosis. However, after I awoke from the surgery I was told nothing was found but since I had signed the consent the surgery was completed anyway. This haunts my life everyday to think that I consented to a hysterectomy without a reason too and I have always wanted children. Is that really the end??

I so desperately want a baby now. My uterus was removed but I want to know if I could still give birth to a baby if I have a fertilized egg inserted into my abdomen from an egg donor??

I have heard of intrabdominal pregnancy and think this would be the only way I could still be pregnant and have a baby.
