Hi, my woman is pregnant and she has genital warts. Is it dangerous for her pregnancy? Is she allowed to take any medicines now?

Hi, human papillomavirus is one of the most common sexually transmitted viruses. It is responsible for genital warts, cervical cancer and other complications. pregnant women are allowed to take medicines only if their doctor estimates that the benefit from medicines is greater than the risk to fetus. So, in her case only local y applied medicines can be used but these also with precaution. If the medicine gets absorbed in the system circulation it could harm the fetus. She shouldn’t take any OTC products by herself, before consulting the doctor.
