I know that hemorrhoids are common during and after pregnancy. My question is when do they occur during prenancy. Can they early very early on, first trimester because of increased hormones? I've had some bleeding from the rear exit a couple of times and I think I am pregnant (going to doc today). I am trying to narrow down the possiblities for this bleeding, so any help or advice that can be given would be greatly appreicated. Thanks!
