I had my implant removed 20.12.2007 and have since had no period. I have slept with my partner on a few occasions 'unprotected' but up until now I have tested myself 3 or 4 times every other day which has come up negative. I have however started to feel sick in the morning. How can I tell if I am pregnant or will it all be in my head?
