Im an 18 year old girl who has just recently been tired all the time, been feeling sick at some points in the day. I have constant headaches, and my abdomen has a swollen feeling, and has been looking a little swollen. Lately, my urine has a strong almost unbearable odor to it. I haven't had my period yet, that should be in a week or so. Could this mean I'm pregnant? Or is it something else?

Honestly, it could be anything and it could be nothing really. It is close to impossible to say what this could all be.

If your period is late and you had unprotected sex, then you should do a home pregnancy test or seen your gynecologist.

If it turns out you are not pregnant, you should see a GP and have a blood work done or whatever the doc finds necessary.
