Pregnant & bleeding

Hello,

I am 15 weeks pregnant now. I have had myomectomy and got pregnant 4 months after the surgery.

I started heavy to light bleeding from my 12th week passing clots some times. I have had a complete scan and the baby is fine. Yesterday I bleed a lot like I was having a miscarriage wetting my outer garments and passing a big clot about the size of half palm. My doctor say to be on bed rest which I have been the past 4 weeks.

Anybody experienced this. Will my baby be OK?

Went to the doctor following week and she said that I had no amiotic fluid and the pregnancy had been compromised. I had to finally do a D&E as the doctors were worried about infection
