I have been on the same birth control for 6 months now (Tricyclen). I have taken the pill religiously since the start and my boyfriend and I use further protection.
I've never had any problems with the pill and my period has come on the exact same day every month. I am expecting my period in 7 days and I have been having a little spotting for the past two days. Yesterday it was literally 2 or 3 drops on my underwear. Today there is more and it has left a stain. I've never spotted before. I'm also getting mild cramps--sometimes it feels like a bad stomache but for the most part the pain is dull.
Does this sound like a pregnancy? (I have not missed my period yet)
