Pregnant again after miscarriage?

Hi, I had a miscarriage on March 7, 2007. Now April 2, 2007 I vomited this morning and a hpt came back with a faint positive. Could I possibly be pregnant again already, and would I already be vomiting? I have PCOS and so I am on metaforman and I also took clomid, could this be effecting my hpt results?

i believe that you could very likely be pregnant again. it is very common that after one has a miscarriage, they successfully become pregnant again. And most of the time, if a hpt it even faint positive, you are likely to be pregnant!
