Pregnant but took plan B

I took plan b pill 3 days after had intercourse, we used condom but it broke. It was my 12th day of cycle. Very risky. I’m 21 and don’t need to be pregnant now. Does plan b work in all cases?

Plan b delays ovulation and by altering with lining of uterus, it may inhibit fertilization. Very important: plan b is not effective if implantation process has begun. Percent is 61 if taken between 48-72 hours after risky intercourse. It is 95% if taken within first 24 hours.
You know that after the first pill was taken, 12 hours later is order for second pill.

Plan B is very effective, but NOTHING is 100%.
