Pregnant but with sharp pains in my right ovary. Cyst?

Hi,

I am six and a half weeks pregnant. Since before pregnancy I have been having dull to sharp pains where my right ovary is. Because this has been occuring since before pregnancy im not too concerned about it be ectopic. However, im still concerned. Could this be an ovarian cyst?
