Hi, I have two young children and another on the way. I am nervous all the time, yelling at either my husband or my kids. I'm exhausted and just want need to rest. What to do?

Hi, if you are stressed all the time you need professional help, because a baby should not be exposed to such a condition. It takes a lot of time and energy to take care of small children, so it’s not a wonder that you are exhausted. This pregnancy is additional burden to you and you are challenged to cope with it. It sounds as if your anger reveals a depression based on physical and emotional exhaustion. Motherhood requires us to nurture. Your emotional health should be a priority to you. Try to work with them to improve your condition and be more satisfied.

You should also consider the fact that pregnancy and childbearing makes depression and mental illness worse.
