Yes, sperm is in the "Precum" therefore, you can get pregnant, not saying that you will but yes, by that little bit of sperm in that little bit of "precum" you can get pregnant..................................... especially if the guy is in his "Prime" you know, when their sperm is faster and "stronger".
Oh and also just because you're on birth control doesnt mean you're completely safe, just like condoms; birth control can have some defects. you never know so consider using both the condom and the birth control because you never know what's really going on with your partner, yeah sure he could get an aids test or something but just because says 'positive' its not really accurate since it takes 3 months for the virus to attack your system and be noticed. be safe not sorry.
