Pregnant w/ perfect POP use?

I started the Micronor POP about a month and a half ago. I have taken them at the exact same time every single day. Because I was switching to these after being on Depo, my hubby and I used condoms as back-up for the 1st 27 days of the 28pk cycle. We've since stopped the secondary precautions but I haven't had a period this month. I had a strange one the first month but there was definite bleeding. This month I've noticed a little blood while wiping once or twice but that's it. I know the progestins can make periods really light or stop. I haven't had any really wierd symptoms except for some gassiness but I think that may be due to too much fiber (started a diet) and a mild lactose intolerance. But how would I know if I did accidentally get pregnant if I have no regular period to miss as my 1st warning? Am I being paranoid here? By the way, my last Depo shot was about 5 months ago...
