Pregnant with bleeding and some cramping

I'm pregnant but doctors are unsure how far I really am but i have been having little crammping and bleeding that spots and stops and than more blood and spots and more and stops...i had blood test done and had a ultrasound done today and it came back that she couldn't see anything on the ultrasound so she said i'm not far enought along. are my symptoms a sign of a miscarriage is going to happen or what is going on...i'm very scared.

When your that far along, its normal to have some cramping and a little spotting. I did not long after I found out I was pregnant. But if the cramping gets really really bad or you start to bleed alot, call your doctor immediatly. And the same goes for if you see any clotting in the blood. But Im sure everything is fine. Alot of people go through what you are going through when they are early in their pregnancy. Good luck!!
