Pregnant with blood blister in center of nipple

I just entered my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and my right nipple has been burning for the past couple of days. Today, I noticed what looks like either a blood blister or maybe a swollen, bloody duct in my nipple. I am only 26 and have a clean bill of health since my last checkup at the beginning of my pregnancy. Is this normal?
