Pregnant with horrible headaches - sinus infection?

I've been getting over a cold, it has now turned into unbearable pain in my head, mostly on the left side, sharpest pains when I bend over. I am 8 months pregnant - wondering if I just have a bad sinus infection. Do I need antibiotics, or can i do something more along the homeopathic way? Will antibiotics affect my baby's health at all? It's been about 2 days of headaches.
