I have a big problem. I am 16 years old, my sister is 17 and she is pregnant. I really don’t know what to tell her, but I am beside her 100% no matter she decided. I would like to hear if there is someone that had same problem. What is the best decision for pregnant young girls? Is it hard to have baby when you are so young.

I was pregnant as very young, so maybe I could offer her some advice. This is definitely the time you need to follow your heart. First she should be honest with yours parents. It is normal they love her and wants the best for her. Don’t expect parade and happy faces because of her pregnency, there is bound to be some tears, disappointment and fear, but she should be honest with them. This is not invitation to keep her baby, but a suggestion to consider adoption. I think this is better then abortion. I don’t believe in abortions. I have experience with this question and I am telling you this as a mother; don’t let her do wrong thing. Maybe she will be happier if she keeps the baby. After she gets pregnant, now it’s too late for acting like a child, the honest conversation will be the best way.
