Hey i was wondering. With the term Premature Ejaculation. Does this refer to reaching and having the ability to orgasim soon. OR is it only when the male can no longer hold back orgasim. IN other words if a male is penertrating a female and comes to the point to orgasim but decides not too and either stops or slow down and he may well do this 2 or 3 times.. is it considered premature ejacualtion say if he has the ability to ejaculate soon the first time... or is it When he seems to have no controll of stopping the orgasim itself in which he comes soon. Im just confsued whether its when the first point of being able to orgasim can be considered premature if its soon...or is it when ejaculation actually happends when the male cant "hold back". becuase for me when im hard and penertrating i only last maybe 2min before i have the option to orgasim..would this be considered premature even tho i can hold it back and continue again...or is the definition on given to when i cant no longer hold it back at all and ejaculation occurs.

SO Say if i was in penertration and in 30 seconds i had the OPTION to ejaculate but hold it back...is that Option of ejaculating so soon considered to be defined at premature ejaculation...OR is Premature Ejaculation when you automatically orgasim(ejaculate) due to not being able to hold back.
See i can hold back multiple orgasims...but if my first optional orgasim is in 30 seconds am i still deemed to have premature ejaculation problems cause i had the ABILITY to go so soon.

I see your confusion.....I'm pretty sure that you don't have any problems because you can hold back if you want to. It's premature ejaculation if you simply can't hold back any longer than about 2 minutes. This ejaculation is unwanted for the male and is really annoying for the female!! Hope this cleared it up for you.
