Premature Ejaculation ... Any Help??

Im 20 yrs old and have never been able to last to long during sex, ejaculation is completely uncontrollable. with my old g/f it was not lasting that long, but with my new g/f its lasting next to nothing. Ive read lots of information that says stress and anxiety can cause this but i dont feel these things?? With my new g/f i feel this sense of pressure which innevitably is all i can think about during sex which only makes things worse.

Any suggestions? would anyone recommednd talkin to a doctor to see what they suggest, or is there anything that i can do myself. I am hearing there are tablets to control it but also hearing that in any way they do not work ... again any help would be great, thanks.

also i beleive i may have a tight foreskin if this could cause anything?? i have big trouble pulling the foreskin down, as in it just doesnt go down??

im not familiar with PE (thats why im here) but as a nurse i cant help but suggesting you talk to your doctor about the issue with your foreskin. then you can conviently ask if that may be a cause for PE.
