Premature Ejaculation

I never had a problem with ejaculation until about the time my girlfriend and I started to have problems then i started to ejaculate quicker and quicker and now I usually go after 30 seconds. My girlfriend and I broke up nearly a year ago but we still are on and off. I was wondering if this is the cause of my ejaculation problem? and how can i fix it? It is really sucks...

It is normal and can depend on how aroused you are. I do not think you have anything to worry about.
