Well, actually the whole ejaculating process during the sex is playing in your head! Some people ejaculate faster and some of them are taking more time, naturally.
If you're in longer relationship, the greater possibility is that the intercourse with your partner will last longer then first night with another parnter.
Some of them are happy when they can ejaculate after 10 min. but some of them feel ashamed to talk about it 
However, my tip is, if you want to last longer then 10 min. then try to redirect your minds to another thing. Just don't let your penis lead your brain, and your intercourse will last longer. Probably this 10 min. are not enough to bring your partner (if she's a girl  ) to extase, but you can try different techniques, but before all, keep your mind free!!!
