Hi,
I have been doing the following method for about a month now, and find I can last a lot longer.
While urinating, you should be able to tense a muscle so you can stop yourself urinating midstream. Any time you like (whether on the toilet, at work, in the car, in bed - literally whenever and wherever) time yourself and hold this muscle for as long as you can. Release it when you have to.
Then you quickly tense and release this muscle for the same amount of time as you can hold it for.
Do this at least once a day, but preferably more. If possible, do not orgasm within an hour of doing it, though erections are fine.
Hope this helps.

I really hope this has helped someone, and wish you luck with everything. |
