What should I do to make my premenstral syndrome less painful? I always have headaches that start 2 days before my period. They last during my whole period. Also, abdominal pain and vomiting are common things for me. What should I eat, or drink to change this?
Carbohydrates have the influence on self regulation of mood changes. Vitamin B6 has positive influence too; it helps in estrogen clearance from body. I read that evening primrose oil can help in reducing premenstrual symptoms. It contains gamma linoleic acid. Moderate exercising can reduce pain in pms. That’s the least you can do. Start with several minutes’ daily exercise 3-4 days before your period.
