Premenstrual Cramps and Pregnancy!

My period is late for about a week now and I did one home pregnancy test 2 days ago and it came back negative. I am feeling my usual premenstrual cramps on abdominal, thighs, arms, legs, lower back ache. Is clear Blue home pregnancy test accurate and do I have to take more tests to be sure I am not pregnant. I do have irregular menstruation on and off since teenage. I had terrible cramps during the menstruation during (May 2006) for 2-3 days. Confused!! If anyone knows if there is a possibility I may be pregnant. Thanks

If you woudln't mind providing some dates on intercourse, protected/unprotected. You may wish to test again as sometimes there is not enough of the HCG hormone present to detect pregnancy, especially if your periods are irregular.
