Pressure on abdomen and diahrea

I have had Pressure on the LHS of abdomen for at leat 2yrs plus diahrrea on and off regularly for the last couple of months? i often feel very tired, my right testicle hurts like hell sometimes after consuming alcohol and i dribble after urinating.

Are these symptoms of anything serious? appreciate the help.
