Pressures and sharp dull pains in back of head only

for about 3 to 4 years now, I have been having dull pains or pressures in the back of my head. Occasionaly it would spread to the side of my head but 99 % of the time it is only in the back. I have had 2 catscans, 1 MRI, have been seen by a neurologist and everything has come back negative. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and it is currently under control but I still have the pressure and dull sensations everyday. Could there be something that I am overlooking to solve this problem? Is it potentialy fatal? What other tests should I consider having?
