My blood Presure is usually about 100/80. Sometimes I feel dizzy when stand suddenly and feel light-headedness. Later I use to feel nausea and extreme fatigue. I’m 25 years old, don’t have any other health problems and don’t use medications, except pain killers sometimes. Can this be dangerous for my condition?

There is no such a limit below which it’s considered that blood pressure is low. It seems to me that your symptoms are not that serious; they may be associated to tiredness and anaemia maybe. But I would suggest you to check you sugar level in blood. Also, even mild dehydratation can cause symptoms like dizziness and weakness. Are you sure that it’s not your problem? You shouldn’t wait to feel thirsty, because you’re already dehydrated in that moment.
