Pretty Confused with period/ uniary track infection symptoms

I got a UIT at the start of the month and I have only been finished the medication for a week or so but I still have the urage to unirate alot and when I do I still have white particle discharge when I void could this mean that my UIT has not cleared up yet? My period is aloso do in 3 days could these symptoms all be related to pressure build up? these symptoms can not be related to early pregnancy or could they?
