I am on Cilest contraceptive pill and have been for about 8 years. Only have 6 periods a year because I use my pill to skip one period and then have a period and then skip another one etc. I have been informed by a medical professional that it is safe to do this as long as do not skip more than one period.

I have been seeing my boyfriend for just under 9 weeks now. WE have been having A LOT of sex, probably had sex around 15 times at the weekend from Friday to Sunday. The sex we have has been deep penetration and just fast paced not slow love making etc so quite rough. When we got together he informed me he had had an STI test on December 19th that came back clear.

The last man I had sex with before my current partner was sleeping with someone once back in June without a condom. Previous to that I had been with my husband for just over 5 years (we are now separated and haven’t slept together since February 2006!) So I have had sex with three men in the last 6 years with no symptoms of any STD/STI or even any sort of yeast infection.

On Monday this week I started to feel a burning sensation when I urinated and also a general burning sensation throughout the day, I was due to come on my period on Thursday and last month the week before my period I had a similar feeling which eventually went away once my period started.

I saw my current partner on Tuesday and Wednesday this week and we had sex twice on Tuesday and once on Wednesday. After we had sex on Wednesday there was some light brown blood on him and me which I assumed was old blood and that maybe it was coming out because I would have been due on my period. Also included in this blood were small pieces of off white fatty looking tissue. It wasn’t very pleasant but did not hurt.

Then yesterday the burning sensation worsened both when urinating and also during the day. Also in the evening my vagina was very itchy and woke me up during the night!!

Also small pimple like bumps have formed with slight white heads if you get them in the right light but do not seem to be filled with any pus, they are not painful except for two which are both on my labial lips right opposite each other so when my labia lips are closed they seem to be rubbing against each other which is causing discomfort.

I put the itching and burning sensation down to a Yeast Infection (thrush…?) so have used an internal Canesten cream and feels better already.

I am now concerned about these bumps. Having done some research they do not seem to be warts or herpes as the bumps are similar to normal acne spots and are skin colour. I should mention here that I do shave regularly down below and I mean all my hair down there, and I had shaved on Tuesday and Wednesday before seeing my partner. He also gave me oral sex on Tuesday and had lots of stubble which is quite hard and sandpaper like! I am wondering whether the bumps could be due to this?

Listen dont worry. I've got the same thing and I was told that u get those lumps from the thrush. Incase u didn't know (and I didn't) thrush is a fungal thing and that's what's caused the lumps. Only thing is I'm not sure how ur supposed to get rid of them
