Hey I have been masterbating for about a year now and i can't seem to stop. Ive gone for about 2-3 days without doing it but then i do it again about 1-2 times a day. I'm worried if im gonna get some medical problems from this, like those white dots, but i heard thats normal..Please tell me if i'm at risk. Also, does masterbation effect growth of your body?
