Problems after galladder surgery

I had my gallbladder out in Dec.05 and thought the pain would go away. It was better for like a couple of months and now I am having the same symptoms again only worse. Could there be a complication or something else?

Had my gall bladder removed two weeks ago. Last week I started experiencing the same pain as I had pre-surgery--right under my ribcage in the back on the right side. Advil and Aleve do nothing for the pain. Do I need to go back to a liquid or bland diet? I am concerned that this will not change. Should I be experiencing this two weeks post op? I am so frustrated and depressed as I hadn't felt well for so long before the surgery and was hoping for a vast improvement. Any help or suggestions?

From what you've described you should definitely see your doctor and be examined to ensure that the bile duct is clear of any stone remnants or other obstructions. It is not uncommon for such complications to occur and with keyhole surgery it has never been less invasive to rectify.
