Today I yelled at my boss. Yesterday I yelled at my fellow college. I am about to be fired and I really dont know what to do. I have problems at work due to moodiness and mood swing. Is there any way that I can help myself? Did you have similar problem when you were in menopause? What way you used to deal with it?

I had exactly the same problem. I almost lost my job. What I have done? First I talk with my husband and after I search some professional help. My doctor gave me some medications and advised me join in to a support group. In time, everything got back to normal, and I was again the way I was before. Off course, I did a lot of apologizing to people at work.
