Hi. I am 21 years old. I went to see my doctor because I have experienced certain problems. I have lost my appetite, I have diarrhea and I feel very week. I am sleepy all the time. Doc told me these problems have occurred due to B-12 deficiency. I told him I am a vegetarian and I don`t eat meats, fish, eggs, or dairy products. He said treatment will include vitamin B12 injections. I hate injections. What to do?

Hi. I was a little anemic last year, due to B12 deficiency, and my treatment has also started with injections. After that, I had to take B12 vitamin pills. I still take them. I also have to take care of what I eat. I need a more balanced diet. Don`t miss your therapy, your body needs the vitamin. I am not vegetarian. I hate veggies. I like meat. Eggs are my favorite food. I also drink a lot of milk.
