I had a septoplasty four months ago and have discovered a bump on the side of my septum. I'm worried this is the septum re-deviating. Is that what it is? and if so what can i do about it?

Hey if it's been four months you should have a check up in two more. It may just be some scartissue in there or it is possible there is still some deviation. I would def call ur ENT and ask
