I have big problems with my leg toes and hope someone can help me. It looks to me that the problems with my toes are present for all my life.
Periodically, my toes become very swollen and painful. Sometimes you can barely see its nail.
First I though that main problem is tight shoes and I started to buy larger shoes and snickers but it didn’t help me.
Sometimes I can walk and my nails are very sore. Is anybody had this kind of problems and can someone tell me what could be the cause of my toes swelling.
I had problems with swelling of leg toes last year.
Like you, I also thought that the problem is with shoes but it didn’t. The problem was in my nail. My nail grew irregularly and it caused swelling and pain. I had a small surgical intervention and removing of my nail solved my problems.
I was home the same day and in a few days I forgot I had any problems with my toe.
Therefore, I think you should see your doctor and schedule examination.
You should also consider that some trivial injury like a cut on wire could complicate and cause inflammation of whole toe.
