My symptoms are urgent need to defecate that is associated to constipation. I have abdominal pain and very uncomfortable rectal itching. I’m not sure if these are symptoms of proktitis. This has started 5 days ago. I’m sure that I didn’t eat anything that could cause this complication.

It may be proktitis. But it can be diagnosed only by physician. You shouldn’t wait and suffer any more. Make an appointment with your doctor. There are different causal agents of proctitis, like campylobacter, shigella or herpes virus. Magnesium supplements and fatty acids are helpful in constipation.
