Hi, my grandmother has prolapsed bladder. She said it is from hard work and giving childbirth to her five children. What are symptoms of prolapsed bladder?

A Prolapsed bladder is also called a dropped bladder or cystocele. It affects females, when the wall between a woman's bladder and her vagina loses it’s supportive strength, and the bladder droops into the vagina. The main symptoms of Prolapsed bladder include are abdominal pain or discomfort, inappropriate emptying of the bladder, stress incontinence, a swelling in the front wall of the vagina that may protrude through the vaginal opening. Sometimes, these patients are more prone to bladder infections, as their bladders are less protected. Women who have undergone more childbirths are more vulnerable and susceptible to prolapsed bladder.
