After being diagnosed with Mononucleosis 3 months ago, I still have four swollen lymph nodes. Symptoms abated about two months ago, as well as all other lymph node swelling. These lymph nodes that remain have decreased in size, and now resemble hard knots. Are there any complications that cause this? Should I be tested for another infection? Is this normal?
