Hi, I am 22 years old male and I would like to start running with my friend who is running for several years already. I know he is much more experienced than me but I would like to accompany him at first time. I would like to know something about proper nutrition for runners. Thanx.
Hi, I am running for several years already and I would tell you something about things I am eating and my eating habits. First, your meals have to be consisted mostly from carbohydrates which would provide energy to you. Also you have to take a lot of water and you mustn't eat anything at least 30 minutes before you start running. Also you have to find groceries which are the most suitable for you.
