Prostatitis-how long until recovery?

I have been taking Tiaramide (100mg), Aplace ( (100mg), and Bacchidal (200mg for my prostates problem. But I think that Tiaramide is for UTI, right? I am trying to be patient but I don't think that my recovery is too long and somehow I think I am taking wrong meds. How long takes prostatitis recovery?

I can't really help you with meds because I'm not a doctor or pharmacist, but I know that bee pollen has a proven reputation in curing prostatitis. As I know most these drugs are parts of the group of non-penicillin antibiotics that have many side effects. One of my friends had problems so he switched on alternative medicine.
