my husband was diagnosed with Prostitus a year ago and has been on ciproflaxin for 9 months, and now the dr. is suggesting surgery, we both have questions that the dr keeps avoiding, like will he be able to have sex after they remove the prostate gland? and if so will he be able to ejaculate?
I also dont understand why they would leave him on ciproflaxin for 9 months with no improvments at all every 3 months at his check ups.
An E.R doctor told us that being on an antibiotic for so long can lower his immunity to any antibiotic in the future if he should need one is this true?
