Is a prostrate biopsy usually done in a doctor's office or as an outpatient in a hospital?

Yes, it is done in a urologist's office and takes about 10 minutes. It is not nearly as awful as you would expect. They usually ask you to take a fleets enema beforehand and you may have a little blood in your urine or semen for a day or so afterwards.
