Pseudoephedrine vs Phenylephrine

I have one problem and two possible solutions. I need you to make a decision instead of me. Just joking. I will make the choice but I have to now what to choose. I have problems with sinuses and congestion due to them. I am wondering is it better to use Pseudoephedrine or Phenylephrine. What would be your choice?

I cant make decision instead of you but I can tell you what I know. Pseudoephedrine taken orally cant cause rhinitis medicamentosa, but there are some other side effects that are not so pleasant like high blood pressure, insomnia or increased heart rate. On the other side Phenylephrine is safer but it is not so strong like the Pseudoephedrine. It depends on severity of your situation what to choose. I would go for a safer solution.
